Theophilus Amoah is the Director of GreeNAC Consult. He is an environmental engineer and consultant specializing in environmental impact assessments, social safeguards auditing, and field research supervision. He holds an MSc in Environmental Engineering and Management. His work focuses on climate adaptation, environmental compliance, and sustainable infrastructure development.

Mr. Amoah has extensive experience conducting environmental and social safeguards audits, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations. He has worked on projects such as the Ghana Secondary Cities Support Program (GSCSP) and developed the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) for climate adaptation projects. His expertise includes community engagement, environmental monitoring, and social impact assessments.

His experience in stakeholder consultations, field supervision, and environmental impact analysis will be critical in ensuring high-quality and reliable data collection for the Stronger Together Pilot Project evaluation.
