Ms. Perpetual is a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) expert with 5 years’ experience in first aid, accident and risk assessment, emergency response and safety training, occupational health and safety and social safeguards. She holds a master’s degree in Public Health and Environment, Water and Sustainability and an Advanced Diploma in Safety and Health Management.

Her professional experience spans extensive fieldwork in social and environmental impact assessments (ESIA/SIA), identifying potential health, safety, and environmental hazards for communities and workers, followed by designing actionable mitigation plans to prevent incidents and ensure well-being. She has engaged with local communities to gather sensitive data, fostering trust and integrating public health concerns, such as disease vectors, water safety, and construction risks, directly into project planning and compliance frameworks.
